Technological Development Area in China. Our company is a professional trading company of
flat steel products and other steel items. Our departments include Purchasing & Sales
Dept., Administration Dept. and Financial Dept. Meanwhile, we are operating 3 subsidiary
companies. They are Tianjin Tianxiao Trading Co., Ltd., Tianjin Tianxiao Logistics Co.,
Ltd. and Tianjin Tianxiao International Trading Co., Ltd. We also cooperate with Yingkou
Panpan Chaoshuo High-Tech steel Co., Ltd. to build new galvanizing and pre-painting
production lines in Yingkou City of Liaoning Province. We regard flat steel products
trading as principal course, and develop in a steady and sound pace. "Service-oriented,

Hebei Xinda Steel Co., Ltd., Beijing Shougang Group, Anben Steel Group, Yingkou Panpan
Group, Baotou Steel Group, Tanshan Steel Group, Tanshan Guofeng Steel Group, Tianjin Steel
Group and Shandong Xinqinglu Steel Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, we sell products to a large number
of end-users in Beijing and Tianjin, Northeast China, North China, Shandong and Zhejiang.
